What ages can use Slopestix?

Slopestix is for ages 13+. If you're under 18, a parent/guardian must review our Terms and complete or supervise checkout. The parent/guardian is the purchaser of record.

Do you sell to kids under 13?

No. Our site/app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Are the stickers waterproof and durable?

Yes—our vinyl stickers are water‑resistant and suitable for bottles, laptops, helmets, and more. Hand wash only; avoid high-heat dishwashers to maximize lifespan.

How long does production and shipping take?

Most orders are produced on demand and ship within a few business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Estimates at checkout are not guarantees.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently [do/do not] ship internationally. If we do: duties/taxes are the recipient's responsibility and may be collected on delivery.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Because we print quickly, changes/cancellations aren't guaranteed. Email support@slopestix.shop ASAP with your order number—we'll help if your order hasn't entered production.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final (custom printed). If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@slopestix.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos—we'll replace or refund the affected item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for secure checkout and accept major cards (and wallet payments where available).

How do I track my order?

We'll email a tracking link when your order ships. If you didn't get it, check spam or contact support@slopestix.shop.

Do you take custom requests or bulk/team orders?

Yes. See our Custom Orders / Bulk & Wholesale pages or email support@slopestix.shop with quantity, deadline, and artwork.

Can I use Slopestix art for my own projects?

Designs are protected by IP laws. For licensing requests, email support@slopestix.shop.

How do I report copyright infringement (DMCA)?

Email a DMCA notice to support@slopestix.shop with the items listed in our Terms §16 (Intellectual Property & DMCA).

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes. Same 13+ policy applies. The App may request Camera/Photos (to upload artwork) and send push notifications (order updates). Purchases for physical goods are completed on our website or via approved processors—no in‑app purchases of physical goods.

How do cookies and tracking work on your website and app?

Website: cookies for essentials, analytics (Google Analytics), and marketing (pixels) with a consent banner.

App: cookies don't apply; we may use SDK‑based analytics. You can manage consent in device settings and any in‑App controls we provide.

How do I delete my data/account?

Email support@slopestix.shop with your email and username. If we add more account features later, we'll provide an in‑app or web deletion flow.
